Past Reminders

Once upon a time, in a land not too far away maybe, the clouds whispered secrets to the ocean, and the ocean sang back songs about yesterday's forgotten promises and little giggles that bounced off sleepy trees.

The sky was big and blue, like a giant's favorite blanket, while sunbeams peeked through like curious little eyes, looking for friends to play hide-and-seek with, down among the flowers and the little critters that love to dance in the soft breeze.

And perhaps, remember this or that, paths turned left when they wanted to right, and right when they wanted to circle all the way back home, where the cozy corners held stories of forgotten bears and gentle owls who whisper wise things when the moon is sleepy.
