Murmured Sojourn

Once upon a clandestine tick of the horologium, in a land where shadows play peekaboo with the sun, there existed a shadow named Cyril.

Cyril had dreams unlike most shadows: he wished to become a silhouette of distinction. "If only I could read nanobot hieroglyphs," he often lamented to his companion, Echo. But alas, the only language Cyril spoke was the ancient tongue of flicker and gloom.

One fine sun-drenched day, Cyril stumbled upon a buffet of luminous photons. Seeing a chance to expand his shadowy resume, he immediately signed up for a masterclass in Shadology 101, solely on the basis that attendance would grant him a free T-shirt.

Meanwhile, Echo, ever the opportunistic whisper, started his side job as a guide through the cryptic caverns of time whispers. "Flick, float, and follow," he advised everyone with an air of illusory wisdom.
