The Dance of Water

Once upon a time, oh so very near but maybe also far, the water whispered secrets only to the brave little raindrop who danced its way down from the sky and made splashes that giggled and flickered like stars that fell to the earth with soft, gentle laughter.

On the edge of pools where frogs sing songs they learned from the moon, reflections twirl and waltz with shadows of trees that sway, and there's a story about how the wind told a secret to the river but no one knows what the secret is, except maybe the fish with their knowing eyes.

"Reflections are like dreams, said the wise old turtle, mirrors that remember things we forgot while wandering the forest of our minds."
