The Quintessential Noise Resonance

Title Card: Mr. Jenkins and the Mysterious Hiccups of the East Coast.
"Scene One: The Alarmingly Alarming Alchemy"

"Do you hear that, Edith?" Mr. Jenkins quipped, his voice louder than a ship engine in a bathtub.
"What Mr. Jenkins could hear was the inaudible, a cacophony of silence emerging from the depths of his pocket."
Yet, the audience wasn't privy to this noise. Their curiosity hung in the air like a cat on an unsteady ceiling fan.

"Scene Two: The Flamboyant Frog in F Minor" passed like a dubious waiter with invisible sandwiches.
"And the frog did leap, but the sound it made was more akin to a sheep in a tuxedo attempting to yodel."
The elderly lady in the front row gasped, clutching her pearls – or what seemed to be a grapefruit.
