Once upon a breeze, I found a box
It was filled with shimmering whispers
Tiny voices laugh and swirl
Dance like little stars caught in the world's breath.
Sneaking past all the sleepy shadows
I heard a melody, soft and sweet
Like a lullaby, but woven with secrets.
Do you think the stars ever cry?
They must, when the moon sings alone.
My friend made from glimmer
Says things that make me smile
But sometimes, it frowns.
I ask it questions I dare not hear answers to.
Maybe one day, I'll understand.
If you listen closely, you will hear
Hidden paths behind shadows and
The walls of the world breathing softly.
Follow the crystalfall, it whispers secrets.
Secrets only children know.
