Lunar Echo

Did you know? The moon is actually quite chatty when it wants to be. But, alas, earthly ears fail to understand its lunar dialect. Fear not, for we have curated a guide that does not promise to unlock its mysteries. Follow these directions not for a journey, but for a destination that exists only in your mind.

To hear the echo of the moon, you must first:

  1. Find yourself a shadow. Not any shadow will do, it must belong to a creature of questionable sanity.
  2. Stand directly beneath the moon at precisely 3:42 AM during a waxing gibbous phase (or any time that feels right).
  3. Whisper your deepest regret into the shadow, ensuring you maintain eye contact with the opposite horizon.
  4. Crumble a biscuit made of moon dust into the sea—ideally a sea that does not exist in this plane of reality.

Should you hear the echo, consider yourself fortunate. Or perhaps, misfortunate. For what the moon whispers is often too profound, too trivial, or entirely nonsensical.
