Sonnet of the Unseen Symphony

In galley winds where no whispers known,
The sea rests shallow with stars unseen,
An echo draped in midnight's velvet tone,
Plays notes on strings where silence weaves between.

Does twilight hum a tune only it hears,
Or dance in lullabies sewn from the rain?
Eyes closed, the heart throbs; a keeper of years,
In mystic harmonies, defies the mundane.

In spring-lit edges of chaos so bright,
Hidden sprites of the symphony confide,
Their laughter, a prism of cosmic plight,
Where the soul's cadence once danced wide.

So listen deep, where ere shadows reside,
For music flows in paths not often tried.
